Welcome to Good 4 Me. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

CRITICAL MEDICAL & AI DISCLAIMER

Good 4 Me is an artificial intelligence tool designed to assist with reading food labels. It is NOT a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes or misinterpret ingredient names. Manufacturers also frequently change their ingredients without warning. You must ALWAYS double-check physical food labels yourself, especially if you have severe or life-threatening food allergies (such as anaphylaxis). Do not rely solely on this app to make critical health decisions. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding dietary restrictions and medical conditions.

1. App Usage & Responsibilities

You agree to use Good 4 Me for its intended purpose of analyzing food ingredients. You acknowledge that the app relies on the clarity of the photos you take or the text you input, and poor lighting or blurry images may result in inaccurate AI analysis.

2. Subscriptions (PRO Version)

Good 4 Me offers a premium "PRO" annual subscription that removes advertisements and unlocks unlimited food checks, additional health conditions, and child, infant, and senior profiles. On iPhone and iPad, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. On Android, payment is charged through Google Play. The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel it through your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

For downloads through Apple's App Store, use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These service terms supplement, and do not replace, that EULA.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good 4 Me and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, allergic reactions, or health complications arising from your use of or reliance on the app's AI analysis.

4. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service from time to time. By continuing to use the app after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
