Evidence & Safety

Good4Me? provides general food information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI can make mistakes and manufacturers can change ingredients. Always check the physical food label, especially for severe or life-threatening allergies. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
How sources appear in the app
Each food-check result displays clickable source markers beside health and nutrition statements, followed by a “Sources & medical guidance” section. The sources shown are selected for the age and health profile used in that check. Global and country-specific guidance is identified by jurisdiction and is not presented as universally applicable. If the available evidence does not support a statement, the app is instructed to omit the statement or explain that there is not enough reliable information.
